A na rozd\u00edl od politik\u016f jsem u toho byl. Jako konzultant, program\u00e1tor, vedouc\u00ed projektu, ale i na stran\u011b zadavatele jako kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd u\u017eivatel, hlavn\u00ed analytik a podobn\u011b. D\u011blal jsem projekt se t\u0159emi u\u017eivateli \u2013 byli to 3 velmi vesel\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed milovali svou firmu a jej\u00ed produkty (firma se v\u011bnovala pivu), i ca 1000 u\u017eivateli. D\u011blal jsem projekt v\u202f\u010cR, ale i Indii nebo \u010c\u00edn\u011b.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak podnikov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my vyrostly z \u00fa\u010detn\u00edch program\u016f&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se ohl\u00ed\u017e\u00edm zp\u00e1tky, cel\u00e1 ERP bran\u017ee podnikov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f pro\u0161la obrovsk\u00fdm v\u00fdvojem a my, jako implement\u00e1to\u0159i i z\u00e1kazn\u00edci s n\u00ed. Za\u010d\u00ednali jsme na syst\u00e9mech, kter\u00e9 nebyly o moc rozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed syst\u00e9my, syst\u00e9my vy\u017eadovaly masivn\u00ed customizace, aby v\u016fbec splnily z\u00e1kladn\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u016f (prvn\u00ed ERP syst\u00e9m, kde jsem p\u0159i\u010dichl k\u202fimplementaci jako brig\u00e1dn\u00edk, neum\u011bl vystavovat faktury), p\u0159enos dat mezi pobo\u010dkami prob\u00edhal \u2013 kdy\u017e v\u016fbec \u2013 off-line, na disket\u00e1ch a projekty byly \u0159\u00edzeny pocitov\u011b; lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli za sebou alespo\u0148 jeden projekt \u0159\u00eddili lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed takov\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed nem\u011bli.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b, i s\u202ft\u011bmito n\u00e1stroji bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vybudovat monument\u00e1ln\u00ed syst\u00e9my a jsem hrd\u00fd na to, \u017ee jsem se \u00fa\u010dastnil projektu Elit, kter\u00fd byl v\u202fmnoha sm\u011brech pr\u016flomov\u00fd. Ale o tom snad p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d 75 % projekt\u016f s podnikov\u00fdmi syst\u00e9my selh\u00e1v\u00e1&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsem ji\u017e velmi d\u00e1vno za\u010dal v\u00edce p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o metodice veden\u00ed projekt\u016f, narazil jsem na poradenskou spole\u010dnost Gartner group, kter\u00e1 se na na\u0161i oblast specializuje. Zhruba v\u202froce 2006 zve\u0159ejnila statistiku, podle kter\u00e9 skoro 50 procent projekt\u016f v\u202foblasti podnikov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f kon\u010d\u00ed ne\u00fasp\u011bchem nebo nespln\u011bn\u00edm c\u00edl\u016f. V\u202froce 2023 je to ji\u017e 75 procent.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u202ftomto nejsou ERP v\u00fdjimkou ve sv\u011bt\u011b IT, podle \u010dasopisu HBR 87.5 procenta digitaliza\u010dn\u00edch projekt\u016f selhalo nebo nesplnilo o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Role \u201el\u00e9ka\u0159e\u201c u vykolejen\u00fdch ERP projekt\u016f&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u016fsobit v\u202fbran\u017ei, kde t\u0159i \u010dtvrtiny dod\u00e1vek nespln\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edka a navzdory ve\u0161ker\u00e9mu rozvoji se toto \u010d\u00edslo soustavn\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed\u2026 je hodno zamy\u0161len\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I proto posledn\u00edch 10 let ale st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m p\u016fsobit v\u202fjin\u00e9 roli, a to \u201el\u00e9ka\u0159\u201c projekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 se n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem vykolejily a ani jedna ze stran nen\u00ed schopna posadit projekt zp\u00e1tky na koleje.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, v\u0161echny nov\u00e9 technologie, n\u00e1stroje, metodiky a zku\u0161enosti n\u00e1s nevedou spolehliv\u011b k\u202ftomu, aby z\u00e1kazn\u00edci dostali \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed. Efekt je jin\u00fd \u2013 znamenaj\u00ed to, \u017ee \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 implementace podnikov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu sebou nese \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy a je v\u202fo\u010d\u00edch managementu \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l \u017e\u00e1doucej\u0161\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A alespo\u0148 omezen\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 implementace ERP je \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm v\u00edce naprosto nezbytn\u00e1 k\u202ftomu, aby firma byla \u017eivotaschopn\u00e1. Ale \u0161ance na pln\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch je st\u00e1le men\u0161\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159\u00edklad projektu, kde podnikov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my narazily&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako modelov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad bych si vzal projekt, se kter\u00fdm jsem pom\u00e1hal p\u0159ed n\u011bkolika lety. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk, dob\u0159e veden\u00e1, \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 spole\u010dnost s\u202fmiliardov\u00fdm obratem, se rozhodla, \u017ee by r\u00e1da zefektivnila sv\u00e9 procesy vyu\u017eit\u00edm ERP &#8211; podnikov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po velmi pe\u010dliv\u00e9m v\u00fdb\u011bru partnera, v\u010detn\u011b n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy referenc\u00ed, byl schv\u00e1len a zah\u00e1jen projekt s\u202frozpo\u010dtem 17 milion\u016f a rozjezdem 1.1.20XX. Vybran\u00fd ERP syst\u00e9m byl od <a href=\"https:\/\/quartex.qmanapp.com\/quartex\/microsoft-dynamics-nav\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3271\">Microsoftu &#8211; Dynamics NAV<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt m\u011bl silnou mana\u017eerskou podporu, byl veden konven\u010dn\u00edmi metodami v\u010detn\u011b pravideln\u00e9ho steeringu, implement\u00e1tor byl velmi zku\u0161en\u00fd, z\u00e1kazn\u00edk tak\u00e9, a\u010d nem\u011bl p\u0159\u00edmo zku\u0161enosti s\u202ft\u00edmto druhem projekt\u016f, sestavil odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed t\u00fdm a v\u011b\u0159il, \u017ee zku\u0161en\u00fd implement\u00e1tor jej procesem implementace Dynamics NAV provede\u2026&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u202fprojektu jsem byl p\u0159izv\u00e1n 1.8.20XX, kdy bylo proinvestov\u00e1no cca 35 milion\u016f, syst\u00e9m kulhal, byl pouze v\u202fjednom z\u202fprovoz\u016f firmy, \u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed prob\u00edhalo je\u0161t\u011b ve star\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu a ob\u011b strany ji\u017e prakticky ztratily schopnost efektivn\u011b komunikovat a ve vzduchu se vzn\u00e1\u0161elo zru\u0161en\u00ed projektu a soudn\u00ed spor.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u202fp\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku bych se pod\u00edval, jak se povedlo stran\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 jednaly v\u202fnejlep\u0161\u00edm \u00famyslu, se zku\u0161enostmi a snahou dos\u00e1hnout \u00fasp\u011bchu, dostat do tohoto stavu.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed : <a href=\"https:\/\/quartex.qmanapp.com\/quartex\/dynamics-30-let-s-erp-2-dil\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3016\">2. d\u00edl&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quartex Praha: podnikov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my s re\u00e1ln\u00fdm v\u00fdsledkem&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee sv\u011bt podnikov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f je pln\u00fd slep\u00fdch uli\u010dek. Statistiky o ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch projektech nejsou n\u00e1hoda, v\u011bt\u0161inou nejde o samotn\u00fd software, ale o zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm je implementov\u00e1n, \u0159\u00edzen a testov\u00e1n.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V <a href=\"https:\/\/quartex.qmanapp.com\/quartex\/quartex-praha\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"4137\">Quartexu<\/a> proto k projekt\u016fm p\u0159istupujeme jinak. Nep\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017e\u00edme varovn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly, neschov\u00e1v\u00e1me se za tabulky a grafy. Naopak, pom\u00e1h\u00e1me firm\u00e1m postavit podnikov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my na re\u00e1ln\u00fdch procesech a skute\u010dn\u00fdch pot\u0159eb\u00e1ch. Dod\u00e1v\u00e1me tak\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qinvoice.cz\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.qinvoice.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aplikace<\/a> kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed vy\u0159e\u0161it v\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 individu\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby. A co je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9, um\u00edme b\u00fdt i na stran\u011b z\u00e1kazn\u00edka.
